In order to take advantage of our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) program please review the following guidelines prior to proceeding with your return.
- The product must be for repair and/or replacement, not credit. Product must have been purchased from We Sell Cellular, Inc. and returned in original box with all accessories.
- The product must have been purchased from We Sell Cellular, Inc. no more than 30 days after the date on the original invoice.
- The product must not have come in contact with any liquid substances or show any signs of physical damage if you are returning it for repair/replacement. The box cannot be missing a barcode or have any writing on it or warranty will be voided.
- The product must be shipped back to We Sell Cellular, Inc. with the RMA form and RMA number on the outside of the box.
